Hi All, I have a quick questions, I filed a petition for both of my parents at the same time which they were approved, I got the AOS fee bill for both of them (2 separate envelopes), but in the instructions says: if you are a us citizen filing a separate i-864 for each of your parents (which I am) only submit a $70 payment, that will cover both applications... so this means that I only have to send one payment of $70 for both applications??

Can you help me?

Thank you,

Mors

Hi Mors,

Sorry I don't know, not familiar with the IR5. I would recommend that you call NVC and ask them.

1-603-334-0700 - press 1 then 5 to speak with an operator.

Please let us know what you find out :)

Just attach both of the fee bills ( the Paper the NVC sends ) and 1 check for the $70.00. I petitioned 2 step children and when I called they stated just on fee was due for the both $70.00. They are seperate petitions. One Petition for each Child

hope this helps

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
