Hi, I was hoping you could tell me if my husband is approved what do they put in his passport? Is it an actual visa sticker or a stamp of some sort?

Thanks!

Claudeth's was like a big stamp that took up a whole page of her passport and had her picture on it

It's a sticker, the same size as the pages in the passport, it's colorful and will have his picture on it, along with other info about him and how long the visa is good for, etc.

thanks! Im still trying to figure out if he is exempt from having to get a transit visa from the uk. They mention if the person has an actual visa to us and also tickets showing he is only passing through. The embassy hasnt written me back yet. I finally contacted the british embassy here and hoping they write me. Thanks again for the info

A visa is a visa is a visa... does not matter if it is a stamp or a sticker as it is still a visa... He will have a visa to the US and therefore qualifies for the exemption.

YMMV
