1) Atlanta is POE

2) (c ) (9 ) based on pending I-485 adjustment of status.

There is a guide for I-765

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3ead

Note DO NOT FILE FOR EAD BEFORE AOS, IT IS A WASTE OF $340 AND RESULTS IN A CARD THAT EXPIRES SAME TIME AS I-94, AND CAN TAKE 90 DAYS TO GET, SO EXPIRES SHORTLY AFTER GETTING IT OR EVEN BEFORE THEY CAN ISSUE IT.

3) I-94 number is the pre-printed number on arrival departure card.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
