It's all in my timeline but I'll give a quick run-down:

we filed AFTER the fee increase on August 10th

the NOA didn't come for another month (9/14)

he did his biometrics a month later in October (10/15) - seeing a pattern here? ;)

We got transferred to the CSC at the beginning of November and that's when things started to pick up. It only took eighteen days for them to approve the AOS petition. (11/1 - 11/19) That's a shorter amount of time than it took to get the NOA1.

Received the GC a week later (11/26) -- not too shabby.

Never got the EAD. In fact, the file wasn't even touched after his biometrics appointment on 10/15. Oddly enough however, we did get his AP approved AFTER they approved the AOS. Seems like things would go faster for everyone if they could somehow streamline the process.

Now on to the hard part -- finding a decent job!

NOA2 approved: 04-02-07

packet 3 sent: 05-31-07

interview date: 06-25-07 - approved!

marriage: 07-23-07

AOS sent: 08-10-07

AOS/EAD/AP NOA1: 09-14-07

AOS approved: 11-19-07

green card received: 11-26-07

lifting of conditions filed: 10-29-09

NOA received: 11-09-09

lifting of conditions approved: 12-11-09
