It's California. Nebraska no longer handles I-129F filings. They only did not update the forms. Confirmation can be found on the USCIS website.

Here, it says I should file to Nebraska:

You said to ignore the form directions, but the form directions say I should file to California (since my home state is Washington).

Now, I'm even more confused

But I think if you send it to the wrong filing center, they'll return your application.

Send it to CSC directly!

Go to I-129F page not the contact page.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

And then follow the link on the right of the page that says: "Chart: Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-129F, Effective July 30, 2007" http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

This is the new locations to send the I-129F for fiancee petitions, again the form, and page that you sited have not been updated to show new filing locations.

No, if you send it to the wrong service center that wrong service center will forward to the proper place.

It would be really nice if they could correct ALL information pertaining to where to send your application. I sent mine to Texas in July, only to have it routed to Vermont...along with a full month of delay on the NOA1.

I should be one of those "any day now" people, but I'm a "hope for this year" person instead.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

--July 22---------Sent I-129F packet

--July 27---------Petition received

--August 28------NOA1 issued

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

--October 10-----Completed address change online

--January 25-----NOA2 received via USCIS Case Status Online

They seemed to have made the change in March, near the time we filed our CR-1. We mailed to Nebraska and they forwarded to California who issued our NOA 1. You can look at time lines for the various centers at www.USCIS.gov and see that Nebraska and Texas no longer process I-129 and 130 applications.
