i am currently in the process of awaiting my conditions to be lifted on my residency. How ever i have been diagnosed with bipolar and my wife who is the US citizen is thinking of divorcing me after 4 years of marraige, due to my bipolar.I am currently over in the U.K recieving treatment for the bipolar due to the fact that i was not getting the correct treatment back in the US. Now my wife has stated that we are just separated till i get the treatment i need but she says she cant deal with it herself and that once im on the meds we can then move on with our relationship as a married couple.

Was thinking same, the case has been filed jointly, so is in process, if all paperwork was in order when the I-751 was filed, it should be adjudicated and appreved, a permanent green-card will then be issued.

Only snag could happen if USCIS decides an interview is required.

You'd have to contact USCIS, if called for an interview, to see if they would be willing to reschedule the interview.
