I found this email this morning.... :star:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

All correspondence concerning your petition has been sent to you in care of your attorney of record. You should contact your attorney concerning the present status of your case. If you no longer wish to utilize this attorney as your representative, please contact the NVC in writing.

A packet containing the Immigrant Visa Processing Fee Bill and the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Bill has been resent to the attorney of record the week of April 15, 2006. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for the packet to arrive. The fees, listed on the fee bill, must be paid according to the instructions before the forms will be sent.

NVC does not have an overall processing time due to the fact that we cannot estimate how long it would take someone to accurately complete and submit the requested documentation. Once documentation is received at NVC, the processing time for all documents to be reviewed is 6-8 weeks. Further information will be sent after the review is completed.

After all the required documentation has been received at the National Visa Center and the case has been completed, NVC will send further instructions regarding the visa interview.

Regards,

National Visa Center
