We mailed our AOS/EAD application on Nov 21st by ground and it is due to arrive by Nov 29. I'm figuring that we won't get any kind of notice until December, thus the new thread.

Our story:

Married in 1995 in California. Moved to Canada right away. Decided we would like to move here last January. I am the USC and my husband entered in by a K3. We have two children that are dual citizens. It took 8 months to process the K3. Now we have applied for the AOS and EAD. We have a joint sponsor. Our local office will be San Francisco. Ours is a pretty straight forward case. No previous marriages, no criminal record, 12 years of marriage and 2 kids. We are hoping things will go smoothly down here too.

I look forward to hearing from other who will be filing in December.

2007-Nov-21: Mailed AOS/EAD

2007-Nov-29: AOS/EAD received

2007-Dec-4: Notice date

2007-Dec-11: Received NOA's via snail mail

2007-Dec-12:Received Biometrics appt

2007-Dec-21: Biometrics appt completed and USCIS "touched" applications

2008-Jan-24: EAD card ordered - received email notice from CRIS

2008-Feb-1 : EAD approval notice mailed- received email notice

2008-Feb-4 : EAD card received in mail (11 days from when it was ordered)

2008-Mar-16: Touch on I-129F - huh?

2008-May 2: Received Interview date via snail mail letter

2008-June 11: Interview at SF office - Approved!!! Green Card ordered

2008-June 23: received Green Card in mail

February 3 2010 - Received Biometrics Appointment

February 17 2010 - Biometrics Appointment

February 18 2010 - Touch!

March 30 2010 - Approval, Card Ordered!!!!

I filed my AOS on December 5th.

Timeline:

05 Dec: Mailed I485 and I795 via USPS

13 Dec: I485 and I795 Received at Chicago Dropbox

17 Dec: NOA for EAD Received

18 Dec: NOA for AOS Received

26 Dec: ASC Biometric Appoitment Notice Received

08 Jan: Biometrics completed

09 Jan: AOS Touched

2/16/07 - VSC received package

2/22/07 - Check has been deposited, now I can track!

2/23/07 - NOA1 Received via snail mail

3/9/07 - NOA2 via email!

3/15/07 - NOA2 via snail mail

3/19/07 - Called NVC, case sent to embassy on 3/15/07

4/19/07 - DS230 submitted to embassy

4/30/07 - Email from embassy: Interview scheduled for 6/19/07!

5/30/07 - Medical

6/19/07 - Interview!!! - Approved!!!

7/6/07 - VISA delivered!!!

7/21/07 - Fiance arrives

AOS

11/30/07 - Mailed packet Priority w/signature

12/2/07 - Received in Chicago

12/7/07 - Check cashed

12/10/07 - Received 3 NOA1s via snail mail

12/27/07 - RFE - Tax returns

12/27/07 - RFE returned

1/3/08 - RFE received at Lee's Summit

1/8/08 - I-485 Receipt # shows up in case status

1/15/08 - Case transferred to CSC

1/30/08 - Email: EAD Card production ordered

2/1/08 - Email: AP approval

2/8/08 - EAD card received

4/4/08 - RFE for full medical

6/9/08 - RFE received at CSC (according to USPS)

6/16/08 - RFE received at CSC (according to USCIS)

6/19/08 - Card production ordered

6/24/08 - Approval email & Welcome letter in mail

6/26/08 - Card arrives in the mail

I send mine on December 13 and was delivered december 15 and they received it december 16 as noted to our NOA1 i will be having my interview this coming February 28..

Hope some who is similar to me is doing good
