Ok, just wondering if anyone has checked yes recently for using a IMB on question 19 of I-129F? And did they use a site like Blossoms? Has this caused a delay? What if the site is noncompliant? Thanks

I checked the box, but dont know if it will cause a delay yet. I am still in the process of waiting to be adjudicated. From what I hear, it is not causing delays yet. I personally think that the government is wanting people to answer that question so they can build a database of sites. Later when the DB is semi complete they may start investigating them to find who is compliant and non compliant. Right now, I have not heard of any problems with non compliant agencies, but that could change at any time. If the site is non compliant, you can make them compliant by looking at some of the questions that are asked at some of the compliant sites and putting together a little package that you can show to your lady, along with doing a self check on the National Sex offender website and giving it all to your lady. Have her sign it and theoretically you should be set. Dont know if it would stand up to any level of scrutiny, the government being what it is.

The government currently does not have any kind of guidelines for what the service centers or the embassies are supposed to do with respect to IMBRA and how to enforce it. This can be good and bad. Good because they may not pay much attention to the IMBRA information provided by you to your lady, and Bad because they are also open to interpret the enforcement as they see fit.

I've seen no evidence it make one bit of difference whether you check yes or no.
