Canadians don't drink, only in years ending in zero.

I guess the folks I drink with when I'm in Toronto and all the others hanging in the bars aren't Canadians. They sure fooled me.

illegal immigrants are uber noobs!! woot!

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

BC Premier Gordon Campbell seems to have no problem getting into the USA. And he was busted for DUI in Hawaii a few years back.

Same goes for canucks going to the USA with DUI records! Some make it through some don't!

Let me get this straight. Two 1st world nations have such stringent measures against each other for offenses such as a DUI. Yet certain south Americans are allowed to enter, as they personally see fit, from the other border..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I have a friend in Canada who was given a $25.00 fine for possession of marijuana. One joint. This was in 1967. In 1998, he and his family were going to take a day trip to the US from Canada out of a similar or the same port. He was asked about any criminal record, and he answered in the affirmative, and gave them the information, and was denied. He was told this was a lifetime ban. Don't know if that's true or not. He thought it was pretty stupid.

I heard from a border agent that people are asked at random.
