11/15/2007 = Package sent overnight Fedex to CSC

11/16/2007 = Package arrived at CSC

11/21/2007 = NOA1 (according to www.uscis.gov online case status)

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

11/28/2007 = Touched

11/30/2007 = Rec'd NOA1 hard copy in the mail

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

03/25/2008 = Touched

04/23/2008 = Touched

05/05/2008 = Arrived at Consulate

05/12/2008 = Picked up Packets 3 & 4

06/24/2008 = Interview Date and APPROVAL

07/02/2008 = Picked up Visa at Embassy

07/05/2008 = Arrival in the U.S.!!!!!!!!! Met at POE in ATLANTA

07/06/2008 = Fly back to Salt Lake City Together!!!!

08/06/2008 = MARRIED TODAY!!!

AOS & EAD

08/23/2008 = Package sent via USPS with Signature Confirmation

08/25/2008 = Package arrived in Chicago

08/26/2008 = Check cashed

09/02/2008 = NOA1 for EAD and AOS received in the mail.

Just wanted to do a little update for this (end November).... where NOvember had 202 approvals for the month (WOW lets hope December can blow that record out of the water) <grin>

If they keep up and/or pickup the pace they are going then everyone between the JUNE-end SEPTEMBER filing period MAY all have their NOA-2's by the end of JANUARY, early FEBRUARY.

Anyway as at the beginning of DECEMBER the filers from (1st June through to the 30th September) -

again LOL... this is ONLY VJ records I am sure that there are far more than this in the real world <grin>

there are

652 total records for that period (K1 at all centres) - I either (mistyped the number last time, or quite a few extra folks have come in and updated/created a timeline since then)... :-)

614 have received NOA 1

205 have received NOA 2

447 are waiting for NOA2

15 has been the average number of days between filing and NOA-1

125 has been the average number of days between the NOA-1's and the NOA-2's issued for those folks.

11 is the number of (June-Sept) filers who have interview dates already... WHOO HOO & triple congratulations to them....

80 is the average number of days between those folks (NOA-2's and their interview date)

have a GREAT day folks

20/11/2007 Went to police station for fingerprinting and National police check

4/12/2007 Police called police & fingerprint check done and ready for my collection

(getting ahead of myself I know <grin> but want to get everything ready

and organised - so MUCH paperwork/costs when there is me AND kids involved)

13/1/2008 - The estimated date on my timeline for adjudication NOW SAYS 21st March... OUCHIE..

29/1/2008 - WOW the estimated date on my timeline NOW says 7th April.... COME ON FOLKS.. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR TIMELINES IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE SO... your updates help give number crunchers like myself something to gauge. 4th feb - all these approvals MUST be doing something, my timeline NOW says 2nd April...

5/2/08 - YAY YAY YAY.... NOA-2 approval via email from CRIS... WHOO HOOOOOOOOOOO.... the "estimated timeline said 31 March this morning just as an FYI for you all)

9/2/2008 Flying to Ohio to spend a bit of time with my darling man to arrange our wedding and also just to spend some time together :-)

......

31/5/2008 Our Wedding day (we think) <grin>
