Hello,

Anybody have scheduled their CFO seminar before their interview?Do they allow it?please give me some advise I just want to have it before my interview to save time...I cant wait to be with my sweetheart...... :crying: I miss him so much!

5-24-2010 - Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center via USPS (receipt/signature required)

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

You can just walk in, but adviseable to call them first. Refer to Sheriff Uling's post regarding CFO section 6.2

I did! I had my CFO seminar before my medical and interview.

Call CFO office first. Good luck!

Oh yeah, my husband did too before his medical and interview. Once he received his passport with visa after USEM, he then went for the stamping and certification at CFO.

Yes, the seminar is only about 2 hours long then you can go for your stamping aftrwards if you have your visa already.

Yes, the seminar is only about 2 hours long then you can go for your stamping aftrwards if you have your visa already.

So correct me if I'm wrong..

When the partner get the last packet which is the interview date...

You can set an appointment for the CFO seminar? But cannot get it stamped?

No filipino can't leave the country without getting your passport stamped by CFO and attending their Seminars.

This might sound silly but what is CFO, and do you need this for the K3 visa?

CFO is commission of filipino overseas , u must take seminar and then when u have the visa u will go back there to get the sticker , u can wait for u to have the visa when u go to seminar and sticker stamping just make sure ur early so u can finish the seminar in the morning and then sticker stamping in the afternoon , me i finished first the seminar coz i need the certificate for renewal of my passport , then today ill get the sticker.
