Can I download AOS fee bill somewhere?

My husband(US citizen) didn't receive AOS fee bill though I got DS3032 and send it to NVC.

He will ask NVC to re-issue it. But, to save time, can he download AOS fee bill somewhere in internet?

I can't find it in internet..

Hello!

The same thing happened to me. My wife in Japan has received her 3032 but I have not received the AOS bill. They were sent from the NVC on the same day (Nov 5).

When I called the NVC they did not know what had happened. They did offer to send out the AOS bill again.

Will you use James Shortcuts? I am also thinking of using it.

I also want to be sure that the only thing that I need to send in is the AOS bill paper and the Money order for $70.

I will be sending it fast mail from the USPS. I will also use a USPS money order.

Another question: Where on the Money Order would I write the case number?
