Bill in House to limit security check time

Let's all get behind this and write/email/call our representatives about it. It is a bill to liimit the time for the security checks to be completed. It would allow an 18 month period after the bill was passed for all the backlogs to be cleared.

By backlog they mean anyone who has been in security checks for more than six months. So it really wouldn't help those already in the process but it would help all to follow. And it would help if your SO applies for citizenship since they must go through the process again.
