Anyone have their I-130 check cashed lately?

Just checking if anyone can reoprt a I30 check cahsed since the end of August? It seems the immigration service has quit processing I-130's and focused on all others. I noticed on the USCIS site that the date for process hasn't budged since 8-30.

Looking for someone that has received processing notice since then?

My I130 was received on September 26-2007, check has not been cashed. I am going crazy!!!

I have called USCIS so many times, it seems like they don't know what is going on either.

My child is 14 years old she keeps asking me when she is coming home, I don't know what to tell her anymore.

Last week I contacted my congressmen I hope to get an answer soon.

Received email confirmation of NOA2 today. My check was cashed on 01-11-08 and NOA2 on 03-06-08
