I got married to a Polish citizen in October, who is legally in U.S. on a valid F1 student visa (previously on an N1 and J1 visas). When I call USCIS, I get different answers each time for what forms are required to change her status. Could somebody verify my below list to see if I have missed anything?

For her to fill out:

I-485 Adjustment of Status

I-131

I-765

G-325A

For me to fill out:

G-325A

I-130

I-864

Also, am I understanding correctly that she will not be able to leave the country until we hear back on the AOS?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds about right on the forms. They are telling you right on not being able to leave USA until she either receives the AOS green card or the AP(Advanced Parole) travel permit card. Usually you will receive the AP card before you will the Green Card, that way your wife can travel back to Poland and visit and come back to the USA while waiting to get approved for Green Card. If I am not mistaken under the new filing system for AOS now as of July 30, 2007 you will pay about $1100 when you file your AOS forms which include the EAD(work permit) and the AP(travel permit). Also double check on the GUIDES tab on this website and look for K3 filing, there should be a step by step flowchart for you to refer to.
