Affidavit of Support, where and when to send?

Does anyone know where and when I will need to send my Affidavit of Support. I haven't received anything telling when I will need to send these documents or where to send them and I don't trust the mail since I haven't received some of the documents that have been mailed to me already?

I want to make sure that everything is complete and ready because my fiance has her medical exam scheduled on Dec 27 th and her interview is on Jan 3rd in Manila.

She hasn't received her packet yet either but we did the scheduled dates from http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment/login.asp

Thanks to anyone that can help me with this, we have waited so long already and hope we will be together soon. My children and I are eager to start our new lives with Shanet.

same here i dont have yet my packet 4 i hope by end of november we recieve the packet for early medical!!

For jeff u will send the affidavit of support before her interview along with ur w2 and income tax 3 yrs , coz she will bring it with her on the interview and for the packet u can call the st lukes for request to pick - up so that u can have early medical , have the medical as early as possible its better. if u will call 2day the next day u can pick up ur packet in the st lukes

Thank you, I will be sending the documents early next week but she can't go to manila just to pick up the packet, she lives and works in Cebu. I thought they are supposed to mail it to her?
