please help:My appointment interview is in Jan.,22nd,2008 ,do i need to attach the tax returns and the bank letter for the year 2007 (or 2006 is more enough) with the form I-134???

My K3 petition was returned back to USCIS on Jan,22nd,2008 and i am still waiting till this moment to hear from the USCIS

I don't think your are required to have 2007 taxes done by then. Employers have until Jan 31st to send out W2 forms which are used for filing taxes, so it makes sense if you interview is before that date that you wouldn't be required to have tax returns.

However, if you don't meet the income requirements for 2004, 2005, & 2006 maybe you could do the 2007 taxes in early Jan. You can file taxes without W2 if the US citizen has old pay stubs etc. and can figure out the required info needed file taxes.

thanx my dear wife has prepared alot of documents :

1) bank letter for deposits of the year 2006.

2) report fot her gross income anuity.

3) report for her VA for her previous husband

4) Income tax return for the years 2004,2005,2006

i think that is more enough
