Ok we've got most everything done, but we need to get I-864 filed out. Our problem is I'm a student so my income isn't very much and I don't think I'll qualify as a sponsor so my parents have a greed to fill out the I-864, but in looking at the form it looks like they have to fill it out as joint sponsors which I'd imagine means that I would have to fill out an additional I-864, Is that correct? Ok my other issue with that is for the last two years 2005-2007 I was on a mission for my Church and so I didn't have any income so I didn't file for taxes... So what do I do with the tax forms that I would have to submit with the I-864? Some sort of proof that I didn't work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a bunch!

Yes, your parents have to fill out an I-864 and you have to fill out an additional form as well. You can write a brief statement, a few sentences, stating that "you did not have any income therefore was not required by law to file income tax". You can also visit http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96623,00.html print this page and highlight the applicable statements and attach to your statement.
