AOS medical

Im confused................do I need to get another medical ?? for the AOS? I had mine done for the k-1 visa - and I dont have it - that was handed over at the P.O.E - I know I need the vaccination supplement - dam this process gets tougher and I thought the k-1 was the hardest part ! also on the G-325A part were it says - husband or wife - what does that refer too? I take it I put NONE in that bit ! oh lordy Im getting into a pickle here -

As long as your medical was less than 12 months ago you do not need another medical....

Just make sure you include the vaccination supplement with your AOS packet....

It refers to your husband\wife. If you are married, state if you have a husband or a wife and put their name, and whatever other information it asks for, in.

If you need another medical they'll send you a RFE. Don't worry about it right now... there's no point in getting another one if you don't need it, and if you do it won't add a vast amount of time to your processing.

All you need to do is find a civil surgeon that is willing to fill out a form to confirm you have had your TD and MMR vaccinations. Then just send the form in with your AOS application.
