Hi,

Kingston is an Appointment post, so you need to submit all civil documents with your DS-230 - select your consulate from the drop down list here for full instructions.

I had to send all documents to the NVC. Police certificate, DS-230 part 1 & 2, copy of biographic page from passport and original marriage and birth certificates. They send the documents to the embassy when interview is scheduled.
