G-325A RFE Question....????

Hello together...

as a July Filer as well, I checked all the submitted papers again and saw on the G-325A that we left blank the field where they ask for Husband or Wife

(if none, state)...

Well, what shall I say... we just left it blank...

Did anybody receive an RFE because of that? Or are we the only fools because of that?

Any advice but waiting?

Just wait - am sure you're not the first to leave a field blank on accident - hopefully you won't get an RFE.

No worries. Even though I'm married, I put "none" on both my wife's and my G325a's with no consequence. They can see by the fact you're petitioning for fiance visa, and didn't include an I-130 or marriage certificate, that you aren't married.

IF you get an RFE - for this or any reason - when you reply back (with whatever they ask for) you do not start over - the delay is minimal. Not counting the time it takes for the petitioner to respond of course...
