Hello together...

as a July Filer as well, I checked all the submitted papers again and saw on the G-325A that we left blank the field where they ask for Husband or Wife

(if none, state)...

Well, what shall I say... we just left it blank...

Did anybody receive an RFE because of that? Or are we the only fools because of that?

Any advice but waiting?

Thank you so much

rosa.sputnik,

Just wait - am sure you're not the first to leave a field blank on accident - hopefully you won't get an RFE.

No worries. Even though I'm married, I put "none" on both my wife's and my G325a's with no consequence. They can see by the fact you're petitioning for fiance visa, and didn't include an I-130 or marriage certificate, that you aren't married.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yes,... but we did not state anything, we left the whole thing blank...

Argh... this process is driving me crazy... :-))))

And if we receive a RFE... I wonder when... the received date was July 25th..., NOA1 Date was August 14th... but I've heard they honor the received date, is that right?

Thank you all for being so patient about my dumb questions... but the more time goes by, the crazier I become.

IF you get an RFE - for this or any reason - when you reply back (with whatever they ask for) you do not start over - the delay is minimal. Not counting the time it takes for the petitioner to respond of course...
