My husband got approved for both his cr-1 and K3 visa around the same time. However the apt for the Cr-1 (I-130) came first in January. On attempting to reach his apt which was made for the Egyptian consulate and he was traveling from Iraq...we ran into trouble when the Egyptian embassy in Turkey refused to issue an entry visa to him cause he was from Iraq. After many attempts only I was able to get there and the embassy said they could do nothing but transfer it to somewhere else. All other surrounding consulates refused due to heavy caseloads. Fortunately he had another apt for the end of April for his K3 visa in Jordan. We finally got his visa and came last week after being there for 8 months!

My question is what is next for him? He came on the k3 visa but is the procedure still the same for adjustment of status or is it different cause he was approved already for his I-130?

Thanks any assistance in what is the next step, how he can obtain his greencard the quickest etc. would be most appreciated.
