We are going to wait until the 180 day mark then see if we can get it forced through. California is taking full advantgage of their 180 day commitment on K3's, at least from what I can tell from the trends.

Best of luck to the two of you, we're a couple of weeks behind you.

My I-130 was last touched on 06/19 and I129f was last touched on 08/24. I am worried too. :'(

When I call USCIS' toll free # to check on the status of my I129f it says something like: this case has been transfered to............ but does not tell me when it was transfered. So do I count 180 days from the date of transfer? I dont know what that date is. :help:

pechez, sweety10. D&N,

I just checked all of your timelines, and you have nothing to worry about. I know the wait is difficult, but you all seemed to have filed your I129Fs in Mid/late july. CSC is still going through late June I129Fs. They will get to yours. They are going by the date of the I129F for K3s, not the I130 dates. Which date is not a certainty, the Notice date or the received date. They announced they would use received dates (which is earlier for most after April filer due to the receipting delays), but for the last batch of approvals they were still going by the Notice date.

Either way, they still haven't gotten to mid/late July yet. Also, they have announced that those filing after June 1 might face a longer than 180 wait...

Best of luck.

My I-130 was last update 7/11 tht's when the time they issue the receipt notice. My I-129f was last updated 8/22. and still no touches until now. I'm really worried. Pls help!

Urge to race, what keeps me worried is that My lawyer originally mailed the I-130 package May 8,2007. A week after that, we called USCIS and were told that they got the package May 15. The lady gave us the receipt no. When we checked that online, their system is not yet updated. And after a month, we checked online and it sayys On June 1,2007 we received this I-130....., to think that they received it may 15?, So frustrating!!! Another thing we got the receipt notice hardcopy july 16. and in our receipt nlotice, there is no received date indicated nor a priority date. What's there is the receipt date July 11? So do you think They would go on July 11 date, even they originally received it May 15? Its their fault why I sent the I-129f late, because of their 45 days mailing delay of the NOA1

pechez,

Unfortunately, for K3s, if they have linked your petitions, they will likely go by the notice date of your I129F anyway. So the delays and confusion with the dates of the I130 will have little impact on when your case is approved.
