Hi... recently we received notification that the NVC now has our approved USCIS I-129F.

My Questions:

1] Where can I go online, with my new NVC case number, to find the status of our case?

2] Although her pre-teen child was listed on all the necessary forms submitted to the USCIS, the letter from the NVC only lists my fiancee in their initial letter and there is no mention of her child. Is this because they consider my fiancee as the 'benificiary'?

Does anyone else have experience with bringing a fiancee's child over to the US along with thier fiancee?

Thank you to all that reply.

No website, you need to call 1 603 334 0700. press 1 1 2 enter the first 3 letters of your NVC case number and follow the instructions

You can speak to an operator also betweeen 7:30am and midnight EST during workdays by calling the same number.

Form generations (DS-3032, I-864, DS-230, etc) are on Mondays only. You can find out about that on Tuesdays.

1) No online status available.

2) Your fiancée is the beneficiary, Her daughter would not be listed as she is like a "rider". It is not necessary to name her on the NVC paperwork.

My fiancee is bringing her 17-year-old son. Stay in touch (email me on VJ with any specific questions) and I can let you know how it goes.
