Hello,

I am new to this forum and am so glad I found it! My first question is...

is it possible for a non-resident to go thru the process of DFC after marrying in Spain if my spouse is a resident there? Being I am a medical student soon to begin my residency, I just do not see the time and the application processes for a i-130 visa being feasible for me. :unsure:
