It depends on the officer when he enters the country. Some officers might get suspicious if one travells back and forth on it too many times.

I know of a few people that where not able to enter the country due to them visiting the country too may times on the VWP.

If they dont let him in on it at any point in time he wont ever be able to use the VWP again.

I myself would apply for a travel visa if I want to visit more often.

The Visa Waiver program is for visits and using it for too many long visits would be frowned upon. You are expected to spend more time in your home country than in the US (eg. more than 6 months out of every 12) . When visiting it is best to have a return ticket and bring proof of ties to your home country (eg. tenancy/mortgate agreement, employers letter etc.). Even with this it is still possible to be turned away by immigration if they have any doubts about the purpose of the visit.

Ok my friend is a person I just met from a danish forum and he just moved from Denmark to USA like he could stay on his VWP passport. I am in chok and would like to give him some advises. He thought he could stay and apply for a visa while he stays. I told him to go back to denmark and apply for a visa. Then he asked if he could come back whenever he wants on his VWP while applying for visa

During the last year from now I visited 3 times for 9 weeks, 2 weeks and 2 weeks. I was asked a few more questions on my second visit but I made sure I had ties to my home country such as a Tenancy agreement and I had a return flight in all cases. It is up to the Immigration official whether they will let you in or not.

Yes I visited Mike 3 times with 3 month between. They denied me entry the 4th time because of my intentions. I couldn't get back before I had a visa and a very big problem we made to ourself back then.
