Petition problem for the K-1 Fiancee Visa it was approved the USCIS last March 25, 2007 and send back from the state department to request the USC we review it.. it take 180 days the USCIS receive last April 25, 2007, will 180 days is over until now I not hear anything else. I hope you can help this problem I hope I can hear you soon..

Might help if you clarified what happened and why?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

11/05/2007........Conditional permanent residency effective date.

01/10/2008........Two-year green card in hand.

08/08/2009........Our son was born <3

08/08/2009........Filed for removal of conditions.

12/16/2009........ROC was approved.

11/05/2010........Eligible for Naturalization.

03/01/2011........Separated.

11/05/2012........Eligible for Naturalization.
