Whats up with Juarez,8 weeks w-out sending Fiancee Packet

Juarez Consulate recieved our package Sept. 27 and have not sent out anything to my Fiancee yet.

I see the timelines here stating 1 - 2 weeks to send out after consulate recieves it and some posters timelines showing they recieved it in that time as well. What gives??

When I call the consulate pay number they say its being entered into the system and should be any day now. Has something drastically changed in their processing or just a backlog or????

Any comments welcomed! We so much expected her to be here before Christmas and that is looking sketchy now , :(
