I am really losing it over the wait. I am losing it. I am tired of this long wait. I have no clue or end in sight on my I130. Things are dragging and slowing down. NVC has slowed to a crawl. I dont know how much more I can take. I am sad. I am terrified something at USCIS will be screwed up and I will never get out of there. I am scared NVC will be hell...If I could just get the hell out of USCIS and get an approval.... I leave for Algeria December 16th. I would like to have something good to think about on the way there.. but all hope of any of that is fading as things draw out LONGER AND LONGER AND LONGER AND LONGER AND LONGER AND LONGER AND LONGER AND LONGER....I have no 129f to kick in and float through NVC. I just have to sit like a MORON holding my hands... I am just over everything regarding IMMIGRATION RIGHT NOW

Sorry I needed to vent. I am just pissed off

Judging by your post, I thought maybe you have been waiting a very long time to get your NOA2 so I checked your timeline and I don't see anything abnormal about your wait or any reason for you to worry at this point. Your NOA1 date was on July 2, so you have been waiting about 4.5 months or so.

My NOA2 took 5.5 months from the date of NOA1. Some people get them fast, some slow, some slower, and some not at all. I think you need to sit back and take a look at the big picture here. I realize that there is probebly nothing that I or anyone else can say to make the wait easier regardless if its 1 day or 500 days but if you compare timelines, you are still in a normal range of waiting period so there is nothing to worry about right now.

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

I hope u hear some news soon.....waiting is hard...im not sure of different time lines for 1130 as compared to I129F bvut have heard it can be longer.....I filed I129F after 5 months since NOA1 got RFE on 6-15 so now I am waiting again....definately frustrating...I try to do what I can to remain positive and do things to make me feel better......there are days that are harder than others...I wish you the best (F)

I remember that feeling. It didn't matter to me how long anyone else had waited...just that I was slowly going insane waiting. The motto of this whole journey is "hurry up and wait" coz that is all you can do. It's ok to vent, we all need to at some time or another. Just try to focus on the fact that you will be visiting ur man very soon and maybe by the time you get there, you will hear something. Take it easy and breathe. It will eventually end.

The wait can be murder. We had been married over 2 years before my husband got his visa, so it really could be worse. May I suggest that you try hard to totally put this process out of your mind while you visit him. Thats what we did when my husband was denied and it really helped us to build up the strength for what we had to endure. There is a bright note to this. The more you visit him the more it looks good to the interviewer.

Its okay to vent, I know I have done my share. Thats what we are here for. Just keep remembering that the day will come that he will be with you, and nothing more can separate you.

I'm sure I am not allowed to comment here because I didn't experience a very long wait, but I just don't really understand what you're looking for here. I know you are just venting but your posts are all over the board and you really haven't waited THAT long yet. Everyone else has been waiting the same times lately. It just seems like you repeatedly post about how you have had enough, but isn't there anything else that you can put your energy into other than being upset about your wait? Don't you have a daughter?

Didn't you know that a long distance relationship and dealing with immigration would most likely put you in this position? I just don't know what to say anymore because it seems that everyday is the worst day of your life. I am not trying to be insensitive but you have made several posts like this one and I just don't' know what to tell ya.
