Hi all! Stewart and I are nearing our window and I've started looking at all the things we need to do. Here's my question. The summer before we got married, Stewart got a DUI in the states. We stated that during our initial immigration *stuff* and in our interview and everything else. It was deemed not a CIMT and it was fine. That was the summer of 2005. Now, with the removal stuff, it asks if he's been arrested or whatever. Are they talking just in general, ever? Or since he's immigrated to the states? He hasn't been in any trouble since...not even a parking ticket..

thoughts?

Thanks guys!

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

The question reads:

7. Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or abroad?

To me, it's pretty clear that they're asking if one has ever been arrested, etc.
