Just received a touch on 11/21/07. Have not received one since 7/10/07. Do you all think that this could be the approval coming? :)

Very likely NOA2 is on the way! Seems to be the pattern out of CSC the last week or two - touch then approval! Good luck!!

06th November '07 - APPROVED, FINALLY !!!

19th December '07:Medical

20th December '07: Interview Date

21st December '07: VISA IN HAND

18th January '08: Leaving to US !

12th February '08: received SSN

14th March '08: WEDDING DATE

AOS journey:

04th April '08: AOS package sent

11th April '08: Notice date on all 3 NOA's (15 April in the mail)

07th May '08: Biometrics (done)

02nd May '08: Driver's license received

09th May '08: AOS transferred to CSC

15th May '08: AOS is pending at CSC (CRIS email)

18th May '08: AOS touched

04th/09th June '08: EAD Card production ordered (CRIS email) (2 e-mails on different days)

04th June '08: AP approved (CRIS email)

10th June '08: AP in the mail

12th June '08: Approval notice for I765 sent (EAD) (CRIS email)

14th June '08: EAD in the mail

17th June '08: 2nd visit to SS Office - changed my last name on the card

28th June '08: SS card received with a new last name (in the mail)

Hi ! I just want to share what is going with us. We send our I- 129 20.06 we got NOA1 10.07.2007 we were touched for first time at 14.07.2007 and that was what we have seen last months since 16.11.2007 then at the end of day we have been touched and 17.11 and 19.11 but since then nothing any emails any mails and status is the same ... i am just a bit worried/ hehe i am not worried i am about get heart attack/ it seem recently people get approved without any touches ... could somebody tell me what should we expect :unsure:

06-20-2007 I -129 send to VSC.

07-10-2007 resived NOA1

07-14-2007 touched

11-16-2007 touched

11-17-2007 touched

11-19-2007 touched

11-24-2007 resived RFE by mail

11-26-2007 send RFE to VSC

11-28-2007 VSC recived RFE

11-29-2007 we god uptade online status Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

Our status online hadn't changed at all since June 27th 2007, but then Monday 11/19/07 and 11/20/07 we got touches.

I am a early June filer, so I don't know what to expect.

Apparently they update their servers in the middle of the night so......

I'll bet you get an NOA2 for Thanksgiving!

07/20/07 confirmed delivered by US Postal Service

8/23/07 No NOA1 !!!!

8/23/07 phoned USCIS (told they can't help until after 90 days)

8/23/07 contacted bank to get copy of Cx check...illegable...noc WAC#

tried for weeks to get actual check....not possible, had to wait the 90 days for info from USCIS

10/17/07 Phoned USCIS, got thru (!), got WAC number and NOA1 date!!!!

07/26/07 NOA1 (never recieved hard copy, was promised a copy would be sent)

11/01/07 Ordered copy of "long form" UK B.C.

11/05/07 Recieved B.C. (Wish USCIS was that fast!)

11/09/07 Submitted request for UK police records

12/04/07 APPROVED By USCIS NOA2 letter sent (or so they claim)

12/15/07 Police certificate recieved

12/28/07 Called NVC, not in system

01/04/08 petition forwarded to London

01/12/08 packet 3 received *rubs eye in disbelief* Speed and efficiency, can it be?

01/18/08 HARD COPY OF NOA2 ARRIVED...seems the snail made a wrong turn somewhere.

01/28/08 Returned packet 3 to London Embassy

02/12/08 Medical completed...no problem.

02/13/08 Packet 4 received from London Embassy

03/03/08 Embassy Interview

03/06/08 Visa Arrived....Lovely to finally see it even if it is a bit drab...after 8 month you think they'd have sprung for some gold foil or at least a COLOR photo?

TODAY...he's here! He's in the US! Hurrah!
