:)Hi everybody! On 11-21-2007 I recieved this letter from NBC that I-130 was approved automatically on the same date my I-485 was approved and It is cleared now to me that "Welcome Notice to USA"( I-485) will update you thru letters from NBC. But it is still weird :blink:Because the case status on line has no LUD yet. :o Now I know too...that you don't have to rely on Case satus on line because letter is faster than that

:blush:sorry for the confusing statements I made about USCIS case status online...I found out to the bottom line of my portfolio I have read a "note" saying and this note cleared my worries away.....

:yes:Note on "Last Updated" date:

Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

We told you the updates are not accurate AT ALL. Do not rely on them. YO uare approved and you should get your card in the next few days... my wife's I-130 still says pending on the website and she has had her green card for almost 2 months.

You are approved ! You have to be happy and not anxious anymore - at least not for a while.

Yes,you are right and I feel blessed with that. But my point in this topic is just to update the time frame for receiving the cards and to gather some informations. On the very first time I started this topic I don't have any idea about this, but since now that some people is supporting with informations ,now day by day it educated me a lot. I think there is nothing wrong on posting what I feel or updating this matter. And I know there are also people out there with the same questions, not only me. But anyway, I thankyou a lot for replying.

Miles
