Today is the beginning of my 5 day weekend, yay!

Hicham has today and tomorrow off so he's coming with my to help my Mom bake pies and prepare some stuff for tomorrow. And when I say he's coming to help I mean he's coming to watch soccer on their TV.

Hope everyone has a good Wednesday. I"m pulling out the tree and lights tonight so I can hop to decorating after my morning starbucks. It's my husband's first Thanksgiving so gotta show him how it's done.

yes, it is true that depression is worse at the holidays. Dwelling on being alone is enough to cause anyone to be in a more depressive state. You know what you need to do.

Thanksgiving..I'm a little bit sad that this holiday will not be celebrated. My first uncelebrated Thanksgiving in my whole life. I'm really hoping that we can have some friends over for SOME kind of meal, wether its turkey or not. I'm also hoping that I can get good enough reception to watch the turkey day parade on my tv. (we still don' t have cable). I definitely wanna do something special tomorrow..maybe go to a movie or something....

Today is my Friday and I am happy about it. I have to go shopping a 8 pm when I get off work from my 2nd job. I just have to get a little bit of stuff but I pray that it won't be so busy. Looking forward to making some great stuff. Thanks for all the recipes!''

i remember those days.........a tv dinner of turkey. much easier to cook and clean up after.

There are I think 4 lines to it as the unicorns get progressively naughtier and miss out on the Ark altogether, each line being a little different depending on the naughty-level of the unicorns.

Why can't you celebrate?

I could celebrate but it would just be me, my husband, and my son. No family coz all my family is in Missouri. It isn't the same without the whole family. That is why I said I wanted to see if we could at least invite friends over. They aren't family but they would be better than nothing. Hubster agrees with me so we will see what happens. (either way I'm still not cooking turkey..no idea how lol)
