On the flip side it would be a stroke of genius to go in offering this, get a bunch of locations of illegals, then pack them up in little crates (oh with holes and food and toilets of course, maybe some Dish tv, jacuzzi even?) and send them back from whence they came. But I suppose that would be too harsh for the bleeding hearts. Boo. hoo.

It'll never happen. This country is still mostly good, people like you are the exception.

Excuse me, but you are mistaken. It already does happen...frequently. Ever heard of an airplane? Ever heard of ICE's program of repatriating groups of Mexican illegals deep into the interior of Mexico so as not to make it easy to EWI so easily again? Crate 'em up...move 'em out. Adios!

I guess Americans ain't "good people". But we still treat our detained illegals infinitely more humanely than Mexico does or ever will treat their illegal aliens. ;)

Wow ... what a fuss about an airplane .. so what if it has holes (windows) :hehe:

Main Entry: airplane

Part of Speech: noun

Definition: aircraft

Synonyms: aeroplane, aircraft, airliner, airship, clay pigeon, cloud buster, crate*, jet, kite*, plane, ramjet*, ship*

Crate - Slang for Airplane

*sigh* thank you for not reading into what I said, and actually posting a dictionary entry. I swear people around here are just gagging for a fight - yes crate is slang for airplane (next time I'll say a luxury air liner with the best accommodations as not to offend the crying club), but taking it out of context and going off on one just makes me realise how ignorant and rediculous the people around here really are. I've been accused of being inhuman and a nazi and a bad american, and told to "f off" because some people don't take two seconds to stop, think, read, and interpret. I realise English isn't everyone's first language, and I realise we don't all speak the same slang, but for fecks sake some people need to grow up.

I don't know much about aviation, but I think having holes in a plane is a bad idea...

With all due respect, if you realize we don't all speak the same slang (I, for instance, have never heard nor never heard of anyone who used crate as slang for an airplane) then you should certainly realize why it was up to much misinterpretation. Imagine, if you will, having never heard that term being used in that way and reading what you wrote. I imagine you would feel outraged too. Might even react. It's only human to do so.

crate = airplane (look it up - generally military slang for a troop carrier - my hubby and best friend and brother in law all served in the british army and believe it or not, after being around them for years, i've picked up quite a bit of their slang, you should see what i call women who cut me off whilst driving)

Sorry, but what the hell is inhumane about what I said? Did I say kill them? Throw them into a lake of fire? No, I said take them home. Because you interpret it the way you want, don't cry on my shoes and call a witch hunt.

Hmm, good catch. I have to admit I had been thinking...she's just so thankful someone was able to come up with a definition like that to validate the point she wasn't really trying to make, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Silly me.

Holes (windows) in airplanes ... let's see ... open cockpit (bi-plane) ... non-pressurized aircraft ... etc. Not everything is a jet airliner.

:ot2:

Be nice if the SF ID were to be used as a means of informing ICE ... that is unless SF is trying to obtain more federal $$$ by inflating the legal population census with artifical numbers (illegals)

Do space aliens get ID cards too when they visit earth?:jest::alien:

No. The rednecks dont know how to make them.

:crying:

How cruel to pick on reddnecks - they are not the only ones who see aliens. You offended me! ;)

Oh my bad. I thought my family were the only witnesses to our extra-terrestrial immigrants :P Come, pull up a barstool, Ill buy you a crop circle.

I wonder what the cost to the Citizens and LPRs is going to be to create and issue these ID cards. Just something else to justify a tax increase.

I can just hear it now - the Democrats will say they have to raise taxes to pay for it and it was all caused by George Bush.
