How should My I-751 Petition be mailed? And how long before we hear back?

Hi, I was wondering, How should I send the petition? First Class Mail? Express Mail Overnight? And also, How long before I hear back from them ( Vermont Service Center ) so I have an idea. I'm sending this out in the middle of our 90 day period, this is why I ask.

I am going to the post office this Friday and mailing Claudeth's I-751 certified mail.

We sent mine by US Express Mail, which comes automatically with online tracking. You can also request proof of delivery free-of-charge. It tells you who signed for the package and the time it was signed.

Sent mine by USPS priority mail with delivery receipt...

see my timeline below for Vermont.... it was in august but your should be about the same...

Just like any one else, i am excited and a little bit nevous about filing my I-751 soon.

Anyway, whats the best way to send the package? and whats the difference between, Certified mail? express mail? priority mail?
