ok heres the situation...

My I-94 expires on Dec.17 and Im just about ready to send of the AOS package.

Thing is Im moving at Jan. 1 I've read a lot of horror stories about people filing a move but never getting anything..

Id much rather wait if I could and not have to file with this Baltimore address and us my Texas one.

If for some chance I do file here in Baltimore and file the move and nothing gets sent to Texas do they still send it to the old address, as I would have access to that house still (mother in Law).

Thanks
