You're right JG...it's a totally DIFFERENT woman that is planning to file for him, and I have a hunch she is in Detroit. As for actually getting the fianc visa, he probably won't get it just because you have to show a divorce decree first...UNLESS...WAIT.... UNLESS he lied about being married from the beginning just to go ahead and dissuade her from thinking that they could ever really be together because he is already legally bound to someone else...NOW WOULDN'T THAT BE SOME S#!@

Belly - I would at least find out what state he is going to and in about a year. Get your friend to file for child support. He'll have to adjust status and all that when he gets up here, so he'll be in the system. After all he can't get away scott free.

You know, I talked with her about child support before, but she doesn't really have any identifying info on him. She doesn't know his address, national i.d. #, nothing. I think she does know his birthdate, but how would that work? She said that was the reason she didn't give her son his last name, because it would've been too difficult to collect.

Don't blame him at all, was watching a CSI where someone abducted a 9 year old girl, next thing I'm hauling my son away from noggin.com and reviewing procedures with him, ie. if u are at the park and someone says come with me and look for my puppy what is the answer?? sad I know but u have too.

Someone tried to kidnap my 17 yr old sister, luckily she smart and faked an asthma attack.

I understand his concern but the girl gotta breathe. She only goes out in groups at the mall or movies...we take her everywhere. She also looks older than her age....she's 5'10...boys are always flirting with her...it drives Damien crazy...

thanks....i am so glad to find out that everything is fine.....it seems to be going so fast!!!! i feel like i just found out a couple days ago i was preggo.... and thinking this is going to take so long 8 months.... and here it is the last couple of months.....

Time sure is flying! When is your actual due date again? Have you had any baby showers yet? Are you going too? I am so excited for you! I gotta get my baby fix somehow I bet she is going to be adorable

ok well the 2nd ultra sound put me at about april 16th...the first ultra sound put me at april 21st...so the dr's are still going to go by the 21st...but i am going to say anywhere in between those 2 dates....i would rather expect her early then be supprised.....i haven't really planned a shower yet...have a registry set up so i don't forget anything...my mind has been out to lunch these past couple of months....i am getting more and more excited as the days get closer and when i go to the dr to hear the heart and when i feel her kick or move....well if you want your baby fix maybe you should have one.....i saw a new tv show going to start soon i think it is called rental kids or something like that....couples standing in as parents to see what it is like....that's an idea....

Wow Jengles I bet that was scary. Luckily she was smart enough to get away. The world is filling up with crazy people. More and more are coming out of the woodwork all the time. Definitely is scary to think of raising a child in today's world with all the ####### out there. Gone are the days of letting them run free through the neighborhood and staying over at just about anyone's house. It is said that now a days you can't even trust your neighbors or fellow church members. I know I will probably be a pretty over protective parent...you have to be in todays society.

OH I HATE Sean paul now!! I used to love him and had a huge crush on him, but after seeing him twice perform I was over it. Both times he was 2+ hours late to get on an perform. had the folks waiting out there all night, feet killing me and #######. I wanted to yell....You ain't a legend! bring yuh rass pon deh stage! I actually left during his second show I saw cause by then i was straight done wit de nonsense. I do like his sogs to dance, but he is on waan ego trip.
