I did 30min on the treadmill burned bout 400 cal den ate bout 900 more: what good did that do. The snicker cheesecake from CCF was fingerlicking good .

Mmmn..the Cheesecake Factory. I'm never gonna use weight.

Up hill 3-4mpr. You can burn 300cal at 2.5-2.8 mpr which is not every fast at all...but going up hill helps a lot.

My sister and I went der for lunch yesterday...yep I made it though another settin with her. I had the grande barrito..it was huge, counldn't eat the whole ting, I had the res for lunch today.

Same with my husbands mudda, but the expectation is not with me, her "son" who now her "son" cause he's here. Hubby seh he's not takin care of her and wonders how she would jus up and leave his father. He dosen't rate the woman at all, but would never tell her. His brothers call and chat nuff ting about what she seh bout him, why he's not "doin" for them. I get tired of hearing it. I'm like make a choice already, because I know it's bothering you, call the woman and tell her how you feel and stop rakin my brain wid it every nite.
