Hey ladies....question about this interview stuff. I know everyone's off to bed but I'll be back on tomorrow to see if anyone posted answers to my questions. LOL

When me and Dave go to this interview, don't we have to pay some Fee at Paymaster or something BEFORE the interview??? When should we do that? I know there's a fee for the K-1 that's about $100 or something that you pay before the interview.....Can somebody fill me in on where/ how we do that? I know we pay for the visa processing as well, after the interview but I need info on that other fee.

If anyone knows, post it or PM me. Thanks all!

you can go anytime BEFORE the interview....they will give you a reciept that you paid for it...you will need to show that when you go for the interview

good night everyone.....sweet dreams....

So we pay this BEFORE the interview and then take the receipt to the interview with us? Do we need the Appointment Letter or anything else to go and Pay For This?

I think the new Fee is $130 from what I saw on the Embassy Website :help:

Is PayMaster something that's all over JA or something we have to go to Kingston to Pay? Just curious cause I can have Dave go and Pay it next week before I get down there etc.

Anyone who knows or remembers this part....PM me or I'll check in again tomorrow.

Thanks Fam!

they are all over the island...i know one is on Ochi..

you can just go there and pay for it...they may tell you to go online and set up a interview...just ignore that...

I used to think that too Sunny...but when you look at some of the sub-saharan African countries...mi feel APPY dat I dealing wid Jamaica!

I think it's mainly dependent upon the staff at it Embassy processing visas...at least that what the JA's Ambassador's Assistant told me when I asked that same question!

It makes sense...if you check out European countries and som Asian countries with large staffs...they get through in NO time. Plus, it the culture of the country. Unfortunately, every dyam ting inna JA is slow...including the mail system to get theie packets!! The Ambassador's assistant said they have to make accomodations for that also!
