I made sure to mention my PMS problem in the begining, cause, a week before and any ting liable to come out mi mout. I have really learned to control it.

sorry off topic..u know seh I don't experience PMS symptoms...I remember when i was about 16..when i had some really bad cramps..knock on wood but nothing after that..a guess it mental cause mi hate di blasted sumpting so much

Is there a way for those who didnt finish high school in jamaica to finish as adults? Im sure there are no free programs? like here in the US.

hear ye hear ye, *trumpets blowing and all that* that is my issue. but more times i'm right and can come up with a plan b quicker if plan a is not working out right. i'm not subservient and have mouth and will use it. and Gill totally agree with u, when it came to the embassy mi dealt with them, even though i would ask him to call because it would be cheaper. but couldn't understand things like do not go to J.a. right now wait. and now he's stuck like molasses.

Ha ha! I'm glad I'm not alone, it's a real problem for me. It took me a while to even notice the pattern. It's horrible, It's not mental at all for me it's very hormonal. I cry at the drop of a dime, the next min. I'll be yelling. They all jus look at mi like the mad wooman I am. A week later, I'm my happy sef all ova again.
