Welcome back...Glad tuh ave yuh...BUT...I kindda trying fi understand your point here. I am sure there are 2 sides to every story...However, from what we have seen of Mr. Green Shirt...he kindda played himself! I don't know why you felt the need to report anything back to him really. I would think as a friend...you might be obliged to tell him fi tap em foolishness han leave deh tourist dem alone...but whatever.

Christinejames, Classy is our friend han has been hurt and confused by Green Shirt...so please don't feel no way if yuh don't get too many of us sympathizing wid em! We are just watching our Girls back! Which is normal for most Families!

I love the yard smell.......

HERE IS WHAT I MISS ABOUT JAMAICA

I love it when I reach outside and the BRITE sunshine jus LICK mi inna mi face n all ovah mi badi

I miss the smell of the SEA (the salt water) as I'm driving from Mobay to Trelawny

I miss the GREENESS, FRESHNESS and purity........

I miss the rainfall and then the sunshine that follows later

I miss the smell of fry chicken and rice n peas being cooked in my grandmother's kitchen

I miss the sound of the radio and the commericals

I miss the sounds of the kids going to school

I miss the sounds of the guys playing football at the church across the street from my dad's house

I miss the street dances and the dance contest that would take place on Friday and Saturday nights

I miss hanging clothes outside at 7am and they're dried before noon (I love the SMELL of lined dried clothes)...is something wrong with me on that one?

I miss sitting on my grandmother's varenda and watching the cruise ships go by

I miss sitting on my dad's varenda and sticking my hand through the window to pick a neasberry to eat

BUT MOST OF ALL..............

I miss being able to walk outside and PICK whatever the HELL I feel like eating. Oh, yeah I miss my fiance too.

ok i know this sounds crazy but i love when i call Jamaica and i can hear those bugs chirpin in the background i want to say they are crickets? or what is that makin that sound crickets are more annoying so it cant be them. It reminds me of JA when i hear it.

Bwaay when mi hear dem cicadas a sing, mi KNOW mi in Jamaica....lawd mi cyaa wait fi reach dung!

Mi shame fi admit dat mi buy one of dem cd's with all sorts of nature sounds. Mi lay back and listen to the cicadas and crickets and just dream. It reall does sound like JA.

Why you shame...I have one too complete with ocean waves. I listen on my way home from yoga class It's nice. It takes me completely away.
