yes, I know that I am.... I really feel sorry for the pregnant woman who have to work...

For some women, they choose a career AND a family. Saying you feel sorry for them is a bit offensive.....

huh??

i feel sorry because i know the lack of energy I have and I can't imagine working on top of that.. I have nothing against woman who work...

I got offered a new job. It's a supervisor position with another company. I'm not sure if I'm going to take it or not. I have an onsite visit next week.

I didn't want to start a new thread, but could my changing jobs have a negative effect on our I-130 application? I've been with this company for over 5 years.

I wouldn't think it would be bad for your I-130 application, specially if it's a better paying job. In any case, go with your gut and good luck!!!!

Oh! and congrats on the offer!

I think the key phrase is 'have to work' instead of 'choose to work'.

And so I proceed to take a bus and went shopping. Its cold but snow stop when Robin and I left home. But as soon as I start doing my chores in the mall the snow pouring hard! :crying: . And since hubby don't want me to go without him and taking a bus after that incident at walmart I exert a lot of effort to let him know that I am ok even I am not when I talk to him at the phone. Its dark , so freezing cold and I can't walk no more but I have to ... I told him that I am a big girl and can take care myself..now I am home and feeling sick th_sick.gifth_sick.gif but I manage to do it all without him..th_methatswho.gif:dance::P

I am not going to do this again no more  ..with this weather? with car and hubby yes I will go out , but to commute and do the long walk naahh I will just stay at home.. :D:P

Thanks so much! I have been wrestling with this decision for a while. I don't think I'm going to take it. This company has been very good to me and we have a lot of new contracts coming up. My supervisor pulled me and the other lead into a brief meeting and she was really on edge. There is a lot going on and I just wouldn't feel like a good person leaving in the middle of all of this.

I really admire your ethics  -- maybe it's time to have a chat with your boss about a raise? Mentioning the offer and your desire to remain with the company nonetheless, sure to gain you some brownie points, me thinkssss.
