last night around 11:30pm ish... I was half asleep when I thought I heard loud voices... I slowly tuned in and I realized it was our neighbors having an argument.. being the curious person that I am I crept to the window to see if I could hear better :whistle:

I had to laugh when I found out that they were arguing because the woman had possibly changed the channel earlier that day.. I guess the guy had wanted to tape something or something like that.... the woman of course was arguing that she hadn't changed the channel....

i have noticed in the last couple of days that my one foot gets really puffy every once in awhle ...

and I also have these strange bruises on my inner thigh by my knee on the same leg...

The puffy foot could possibly be edema. Try keeping your foot elevated and avoid standing for long periods of time. I'd also try cutting out as much salt in your diet as possible, since sodium retains fluid and cause bloat in all areas of the body.

As for the strange bruises, you might have just hit something. I know that sounds odd, but I've slammed into many objects before and then forgotten about it later. Another possibility could be medication-related. Are you on any prescription medication that may cause blood thinning? OTC drugs, such as aspirin are also used as mild anticoagulants, which when taken, allow your body to form bruises easier.

Of course, it'd be wise to check with your physician about this. He or she could give you an examination, discuss private issues you may not want to talk about on a public forum, run any tests if necessary and above all... you know who he is. I could be any schmuck on the street, with or without your best interests at heart. So don't take my word for it. If it bothers you, get it checked out. ;)

dang, my health insurance is driving me crazy

I just found out yesterday that I needed to have gotten "permission" to see a therapist before you go... I have been about 3 or 4 times already and now because I didn't get the "permission" they didn't cover the cost... there is also some misunderstanding about deductibles... we don't have any deductibles we have to pay but they are saying for last year that I didn't pay enough deductibles..

also I got a bill from one of the doctors I went to see last December and it looks like the insurance didn't cover the ultrasound I had... I remember reading somewhere that my insurance will only cover the first ultrasound unless it is medically necessary... and this one was... it wasn't like I went in and said hey, I want an ultrasound... the doctor needed to do one to see what was going on....

so now I have to call the insurance company and try to straighten this all out....

oh and to top it all off, I just found out on the insurance site, that the anesthesiologist I had was not in-network so we have to pay for most of it... so I am expecting the bill for that any day now...:wacko::blink::unsure:

that sucks. I don't need a permission to see a therapist. I usually need referal from my doctor to see other doctors or she just tells me to check with Tricare. My therapy co-pay is $25.00. I can't possibly imagine paying $200.00 up /session.

my co pay is 30 dollars...

it is only about 90 dollars a session I have to pay because they didn't cover it but still that adds up.. I am hoping I can convince them to change their minds....

i just feel like :crying: this is all so frustrating and it is stressing me out.......

I can't stand the cold anymore.

in this case that they have abolished my position, when someone ask the reason for leaving is layoff the proper one?

Yeah. Layoff is an accepted term for that. Where I work we call it getting riffed - RIF stands for 'reduction in force'.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

Oh man, I hate when things get messed up and confusing with insurance companies. I hope something can work out so it's not so much money due at once.
