I'm sorry booty!

I'm so peeved people!!!!!!!!!!!! For 7 months I've tried to speak to someone about an account I have for the business. For 7 months I've made phone calls, left message after message after message, I spoke to one person who gave me a wrong phone number. I know I've complained about them before to you all. Anyways, so today someone FINALLY called me back. When I first called her she said how about I give you her voicemail I was like NO NO NO NO NO I gave up on leaving her messages because she has never once called me back. We go back and forth for like 20 minutes about this freaking credit card machine. She calls me back an hour later. SOMEONE ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK!!!!!!!! I was so shocked I almost couldn't speak. I was likt #######? Anyways, she tells me if I don't pay them this insane amount of money that they will turn me over to collections. I was like #######? I am giving you the freaking equipment back. Want me to come there right now?

Back on track..anyways ugh forget where I was. Ok so then I say well you have not returned any phone calls, etc blah blah blah for all this time and you are actually the very first person to ever return a call. I say I am thinking about reporting them to the BBB if we can't resolve this issue. She then becomes very angry, rude and mean to me. She accuses me if wanting to report them because I don't want to pay them this huge amount of money. I was like NOOOOOOOO that's not the issue the issue is that you have never returned my phone calls and I had to actually come there last month to talk to someone becuase no one calls me back (there's other issues as well). You tell me one thing and then do another. Not very good business practice. So I look them up on the BBB website. Turns out they have had 7 complaints in the past 36 months. 5 in thelast 12 months and all 5 are almost exactly the same as mine. They were just accredited by the BBB this past August so I wonder if that's why she got so mean when I mentioned them?

I'm so mad!

Also the freaking water sipping lady won't leave me alone. Shoot me now!

Well my day just got even $hittier. Javi just got laid off from his job. I have no idea what we are going to do.

Sh!t. Well you know what they say: when God/whoever closes a door, he opens a window.

Are there many other opportunities in your area?

I found one construction company looking for a foreman. He's going to go by there tomorrow and apply. No guarantee he'll get the job but we're hoping.

Well to be honest with you I think the guy just doesn't know how to manage his money. He's constantly running low on funds to pay them. And you remember about the taxes. So, I don't necessarily think this is a terrible thing. I just don't know where we are going to go from here. He already has work lined up for tomorrow and probably the rest of the week. One of his friends has some work he can do. So I just hope something comes along before we run out of money completely.

One thing that really pi$$ed me off was he works 2.5 hours from home and they didn't bother to call him before he left. They let him drive all the way over there first then told him.

that seems to be a normal thing in construction. my neighbor goes to work sometimes and he finds out they are not working that day, after making a round trip of 150 miles @ 12 mpg........

Yeah, sounds about like Javi today. If he can find something else I can see this as being a blessing in disguise. If he can't find anything else then we're just screwed. He's pretty optimistic about the whole situation. He's not been happy working so far from home. He's glad he'll actually be around again. He does masonry work too so he can always fall back on that. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed it all works out.

ok sorry it took me so long I went to the hospital before I came home. basically this thing she has she can't eat. whatever she eats it doesn't even go into her stomach it just sits in her esophagus. it's so rare that the dr actually said I don't even know what that is let me go look it up. he said that after looking it up it's something that they told him in medical school that he will probably never see in his entire life.

last night she started to get really bad. she was having a hard time breathing and couldn't keep any food down at all. she ended up falling asleep pretty soon after so we just decided to not take her to the hospital since she was sleeping. took her to the dr this morning and she had lost another 10lbs in the past 4 weeks so she is now 88lbs. they said she was severely dehydrated and gave her lots of fluids through an IV. they wanted to send her in right away to have a permanent IV put in so that they could feed her through it. my mom said she wanted to wait because she has one more test on wednesday where they put a feeding tube down her nose to test the pressure in her esophagus. if that doesn't speed up the surgery happening she will have to have the IV put in on thursday and then be fed through the iv until she can have surgery. she looks so sick and so weak it's pretty sad. she keeps trying to eat whatever she can and so many people don't understand what's going on because they just see a super thin teenager that keeps puking and automatically think she is bulemic because it's such a rare condition. her boss actually yelled at her today telling her she doesn't sound sick when she called in! what a B! the dr did tell my mom today that she can't be rushed to eat and if she is stressed out it makes it worse. so today my mom made her quit both of her jobs so she has less stress. she's in the hospital for the night so they can get lots of fluids into her body and then they will check on her situtation in the morning. hopefully they will do the test tomorrow that she is supposed to have on wednesday.

I forgot to add that I'm on a mission tonight. the dr said that she needs to try to get down 2 boost or slim fast drinks a day. my mission to is buy boost and slim fast in flavors that will be appealing to her. she's a picky teenager who only drinks junk food so I should have an interesting time this evening

the dr wanted to run more tests. we're not really sure but at the beginning of feb he said he didn't want to see her for 4-6 weeks. my mom called numerous times to tell them she was getting worse and every time they said he doesn't want to see her for 4-6 weeks. by going into the hospital it should speed the process up though.

eta: they're looking for a dr that will do the surgery laprascopic otherwise she will have to be cut from her colar bone to halfway down her stomach. apparently there is only a few surgeons in the country that can do it because this is such a rare condition
