Our local forecasts are deteriorating. Usually they say it'll be bad and the forecasts improve with time. Not this time. Hmmm. My wife and I both work on top of a fukcing hill so our drives down (weeeee) will be fun.

either way we back out of our driveway is onto a hill on a pretty busy road. at least it's a snow route. i've only witnessed 3 cars in our ditch since last night so it's kinda depressing. I remember when I was little there would be cars lined up at the bottom of the hill trying to get up and then sliding back down. fun times.

hmmmm...the roads must be bad since we're on a snow route our road isn't a good indicator of what is out there because it looks clear but covered in ice...they're already closing lots of schools for tomorrow. looks like another day off for me then :)

We're supposed to get sleet and snow tomorrow afternoon. I wish it would do it before I had to get out and come to work. Trying to get home in that mess is awful. I think snow/sleet/ice is a free pass for all the idiots to get out and drive somewhere.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Hey Amber, I'm going to buy some yoga and belly dancing DVDs so I can work out at home while I wait for sources to call and whatnot... any advice on the belly dancing?

my only advice is have fun! don't get mad at yourself if you can't do it at first. it seems really hard until you get the hang of it.

anyone have a good recipe to make banana bread with substitutions? for example using splenda instead of sugar, egg whites instead of whole eggs, wheat flour instead of flour, applesauce instead of butter or oil? I'm pretty sure I have all of those things in my house. just wondered if anyone had a recipe that they have tested before I go experimenting
