Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Hey Nessa, what are you up to this weekend? :)

I offered to work tomorrow, so I'll do that and then I'll go grocery shopping and be home in time to cook Strogonoff that I've been craving. Then hubby and I will eat and probably watch Six Feet Under until we're sleepy. Then we'll go to bed, then

''rated R for prune controlled adult material''

. Then Sunday I'll do the usual, nothing, well, I'll probably have to do laundry since I won't do it Saturday, unless I do it today, dunno yet.

How about you?

Well, nothing as exciting as that! I assume that the blanked-out text is referring to kazoo lessons? Fondue making? (Pardon me while I turn into Joyce)

The weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow (70s!). It's been sorta chilly by Phoenix standards for the last couple of weeks, and people have been complaining. Even though every other person here is from Chicago, Minnesota, or Wisconsin. But anyway, we'll probably do something outside--kick a soccer ball around, perhaps. My brother and niece (who's four) are coming up from the borderlands for a visit, so chaos will ensue. There will probably be drinking.

Somewhere in there, I'll have to squeeze in some work too.

WEIRD Rey just got a big craving for strogonoff and made enough for a week this weekend. I haven't tried it cuz I'm on a diet, but he was happy. Unfortunately it didn't keep well in the freezer.

i've been craving but because of my diet i haven't cooked it. So today I woke up like 4am and I didn't have anything to do so I went to calorie-counter and started to check how many calories the strogonoff would be. Of course I changed a few things on the recipe, like they ask for 4 tbsp of butter, instead of that (it would be like 200 calories for light butter or 400 calories if I use normal butter) i'll use cooking spray, like 10 seconds of spray is like 70 calories. Then the recipe also ask for cognac which I won't use. The total I think is like 2000 calories and even if I eat half it'll be 1000 calories. I can afford to eat that. It'll be my only meal of the day, the rest will be snacks only. I'll also not eat with rice or batata palha like i'd usually eat so that'll also save me lots of calories.

If you want I can send u the recipe tonight with all the calories in it.
