hey I have a question for the chicas...the past 2 days I've had extreme pain in my lower back and I've noticed this has happened the past few months right before I start the "no nos" as my friend calls it. Anyone else get this?

yes. I didn't even want to tell her and my best friend. So I sent e-mails and messages Friday and then Saturday I had them calling me asking why. But they understand, they know I'm weird and I make decisions based on my mood .

You need to get a really good quality heating pad. I don't use one but my mom does and it really helps her, and she has occasionally-debilitating lower back probs.

Yeah I'm praying it's still jacket season where we go. We were thinking of nixing the part of our trip where we go to London and going to the Algarve instead, but I'd rather go where nobody will have to see my flesh. Oh geez.

PS, Because of my #######, which at its best is still to me unsatisfactory, I haven't worn a bikini since I was 4. For this reason I've never gone swimming in Brazil, sadly!
