let me just fuel up my jet and I'll be on my way :)

Yay!

Rey and I will be in Paris for like three days in March and my itinerary is completely food related. His is like, Arc d'triomphe, Tour Eiffel, Champs-Elysees, Tuilleries... mine is like, croissant aux amande, nutella/coconut crepe, poulet-frites, fruit tart, other types of crepes...

Neil isn't into trying foods he has never had so I remember when we went to Dublin I had to eat at Burger King or McDonalds every single meal. I stopped at restaurant after restaurant to get him to look at the menu and nothing sounded like something he would eat. Finally on our last day there I got him to eat at a little cafe on because they had some spicy chicken pizza or something. I need a travel companion that likes to eat yummy things.

In Dublin? The food is barely different from...anywhere! Does Neal eat yummy things you make?

I have to make something like pizza, spaghetti, tacos or fajitas for him to eat it. He doesn't like eggs, cheese, pork, tomato, seafood, herbs, things that are creamy like mash potato or alfredo sauce, doesn't like fruits but likes fruit flavored things...I give up on cooking for him and just cook for myself.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

And I thought it was just me, that's pretty much what I can't stop thinking about our trip to Brazil, what will I eat first.

Nessa, a new Brazilian place opened up near me. I'm thinking I'll pick up a menu and scan it so you can tell me what's good  Would you?

Heh, in your case, I think it's more understandable. It's your home cuisine! Actually sometimes I kind of miss Brazilian food too. We have to go to Queens to go to the Brazilian grocery store, but last weekend Rey got some frozen coxinhas and a little Moça prefab brigadeiro thing, and a bunch of other stuff (including a bunch of fruity balas which were gone in like a day), and it kind of took you back. Food is powerful that way... le sigh
