I'm trying to master this whole 6 meals a day that are 300 calories. I did good for breakfast I had cereal and a yogurt smoothie. Trying to get this lunch thing down. I'm not really hungry but I need to microwave my lean cuisine soon or else I will be off schedule

I know they have tons of sodium but they seems like a nice thing for 2nd meal!

I like the Kashi frozen meals. They have 300 or 400 fewer grams of sodium than the average LC, although that's still like 500 grams of sodium.
